Cloves

Cloves come from the flower buds which are harvested before they open, then dried, turning them into the dark brown, hard cloves commonly used in cooking. Cloves have a warm, sweet, and aromatic flavor and are used in both sweet and savory dishes. Indonesian cloves are well known for its spiciness and aroma which more stronger than other countries.

Cinnamon
